For more than 25 years, Bittersweet Pet Resorts has provided a loving, safe, and enriching environment for dogs in the Michiana area. With locations in the Niles and the Kalamazoo area, we provide veterinarian-recommended overnight boarding, doggie daycare, pet grooming, and dog training. We are dedicated to providing the best pet care for the Michiana area. This is possible due to our dedicated and specially trained staff, individualized care, and spacious facilities.

Bittersweet Pet Resorts was created by local veterinary technician and pet groomer Sandra Stern in 1996. She lives right on-site at our Niles location and personally ensures all guests at both locations receive the level of care that’s earned us multiple local awards. No matter if your pet needs overnight care, daycare, professional training, or award winning grooming—when they’re here, they’re family!

Monday-Friday   	        7:30 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday:          	        8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday            	        3:00pm – 6:00 pm
